Our birth and labor support packages are designed to fit whatever needs you may have. The Allo Doula Academy team supports birth journeys from planning through delivery into the early postpartum period.

We find that taking the time to actually listen to your family before the excitement of labor begins is the key ingredient in crafting a personalized set of preferences that will make up your “birth plan”: a tool we create with our families for them to use with their doctors, care providers, and anyone else who might be involved in this unforgettable journey. You and your partner lead the way in deciding how you’ll use your birth plan, knowing that we’re at your side with experience and knowledge to guide you in the direction that’s right for you.

Once your baby is ready to join you, we are on hand to help and support you through this process. You can expect knowledgeable, compassionate support in the moment to help guide confident decision-making and communication with your doctor, nurse or midwife. Our role never replaces that of a clinician, instead we are focused on bringing comfort and compassion to your birth experience.

Our doulas are also trained to support specialty birth preferences including but not limited to: Hypno-Birth, Birthing from Within, The Bradley Method, V-BAC Specialists, Lamaze, Water Birth, and Home Birth.
