Allo Doula Academy is proud to have instructors that meet a high standard in training excellence. They are passionate about the doula industry and have a comprehensive background working as doulas, as well as extensive training and teaching experience. 

Our instructors are all Certified Professional Doulas™ (CPD), and complete an additional instructor training program that includes leadership development, curriculum and instructional design, adult learning, conflict resolution, cultural competence, classroom management and much more. 

Allo Doula Academy instructors are committed to helping our doula students achieve their goals and thrive during the training process. Each trainer exhibits strong mentorship skills and a natural ability to teach and develop students.
